CRAZYEIGHTYEIGHT is a restaurant concept of mine that is a luxurious take on global Dim Sum. The objective of the restaurant is to capture both traditional elements of Eastern food practices and merge it with Western techniques and recipes, while also staying current with promotional means of merchandise and a “Secret Menu” food publication.
